From the perspective of our research scientists, Supersoft Floss addresses the specific geometry of "open" interdental spaces found around prosthetics and orthodontics.

The Architecture: Each strand features a three-part design: a stiffened end for threading, a thick spongy middle for cleaning, and a standard floss end for finishing.

The Spongy Core: The central section expands to a surface area of 19.6 mm², which is roughly 70 times thicker than standard dental floss. When tension is applied, it contracts to one-tenth of its size to slide into gaps. Once inside, it re-expands to fill the space completely, wiping away plaque from the gumline, implant posts, and bridge pontics with exceptional efficiency.

Usage

How to Navigate Your Dental Work. Cleaning around hardware requires a specialized technique. Here is how Supersoft Floss makes it easy.


Our Recommendations:


The Thread: Use the stiffened green end like a needle. Guide it under your bridge, retainer wire, or between implant crowns.

The Sweep: Pull through until the thick, spongy part is in the gap. Move it back and forth. Feel the soft texture scrubbing the sides of the teeth and the gums underneath your appliance.

The Release: Pull the floss all the way through to remove it. Do not try to snap it back up through the contact point if you have a wire or bonded retainer.

A: No, it is designed to be "Supersoft." The spongy texture is much gentler than thin string, which can cut into tissue. It massages the gums while cleaning.

Q: Can I use this for normal teeth too?
