Single Brush Interdental Head: The Sonic Remover for BiofilmTargeted sonic disruption for the most vulnerable topographies.

Pinpoint Sonic Accuracy: Focuses high-frequency hydrodynamic power precisely into furcations, wide embrasures, and along the gingival margin.

Perfected Conic Cut:
Engineered to penetrate complex anatomical niches without splaying.

Periodontal Essential:
The ultimate adjunctive tool for "high plaque formers" and patients in supportive periodontal therapy (SPT).

Description

We created this for people who need precise cleaning in the spaces between teeth where biofilm builds up most easily.
It is especially suited for those with increased plaque formation or stubborn biofilm, as well as periodontal maintenance patients, orthodontic wearers, and implant patients who need targeted cleaning around brackets, wires, implant components and exposed root surfaces. Designed for all Edelwhite sonic toothbrushes.

Who it is for:Periodontal Maintenance (SPT) Patients:
To clean exposed root surfaces and furcation involvements.High Plaque Formers:
Patients with high Plaque Index (PI) scores who accumulate mature biofilm rapidly.Orthodontic & Implant Patients:
For navigating around brackets, wires, bars, and implant abutments.

How it works:
The single-tuft design is guided into the interdental spaces, allowing targeted cleaning between teeth and along the gumline. Combined with sonic action, it helps break up and remove biofilm from these hard-to-reach areas.

Design & performance:
The conical cut and optimized filament hardness allow deep access into narrow interspaces for precise cleaning. The filaments are engineered for effective removal of stubborn biofilm while remaining gentle on sensitive areas.

Usage

For patients struggling with rapid plaque accumulation, we recommend a "Two-Step Sonic Protocol":

Step 1: The Broad Sweep with the Standard Head
Use the ultrasoft standard Edelwhite sonic brush head twice daily for general buccal, lingual, and occlusal clearance.

Step 2: The Precision Strike with the single brush interdental head
Frequency: Once daily (preferably evening).

Target Zones:
Furcation Involvements: Angle the conic tip directly into the furcation entrance.
Distal of Last Molars: Navigate the curve where standard heads cause gagging.
Lingual Lower Anteriors: Sweep along the margin where calculus builds fastest.
Wide Embrasures (Type II/III): Trace the exposed root contours where the papilla has receded.

Motion: Do not scrub. Do not press. Let the sonic engine do the work. Place, hold for 2-3 seconds, and trace the gingival architecture.

Characteristic

For the Dental Professional:Targeted Prescription:
Offers a specific, powered solution for the exact sites you note as "bleeding on probing" (BOP) during recall exams.

Calculus Prevention:

By giving high plaque formers a tool that actually reaches the sulcus, you reduce the heavy scaling required at their 3-4 month maintenance visits.

Versatility:

Fits all Edelwhite sonic handles, making it an easy add-on recommendation for existing users.

For the Patient:Guided Cleaning:

Patients often find single-tuft brushing more intuitive than flossing because they can "feel" the brush tracing the tooth contour.

Smooth Sensation:

Provides a "dentist-clean" feeling by removing the sticky biofilm at the gumline.

Gum Safety:

The rounded bristles ensure they can clean aggressively without causing recession.
